As the only program training spiritual counselors in an Interspiritual model, One Spirit’s Interspiritual Counseling Program (ISC) is designed to serve the most rapidly growing segment of the population, those who are "spiritual but not religious." Through this professional and personal growth program, students are offered intellectually grounded and heart based experiences to expand their capacity and competence in the art of Interspiritual Counseling while deepening their own spiritual life and connection with the Divine. One Spirit’s Interspiritual Counseling Program is an exceptional training at the leading edge of the newly emergent field of Interspiritual counseling. One Spirit emphasizes direct experience, personal understanding, and intellectual clarity in an atmosphere of genuine community that encourages both individual and interpersonal development. The seminary program provides an interactive learning spiritual exploration in an adult-oriented classroom setting. One Spirit provides this environment, encouraging students to embrace all that occurs as an opportunity for healing and growth. Our emphasis on experiential learning encourages students to embody the essence that each religion brings to the universal truths at the heart of all traditions, as well as develop a clear understanding of the unique aspects of each path. The first year of the Program provides a strong foundation in the Interspiritual perspective of the world religions and faith traditions, contemporary wisdom and personal spiritual development. The program is designed to facilitate the process of inner transformation and to develop our capacity to be of service.

The Interfaith Seminary Program is a two-year part-time professional training program that leads to ordination as an Interfaith / Interspiritual Minister.
